Returns & Exchanges

If the size doesn't fit or you would like to return your order, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your package.

Please contact our support team at info@byloane.com

You will then receive the return address as well as all information needed to create your return shipping label.

Return Conditions

To ensure a successful return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition.

  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.

  • Items that are worn, soiled, washed, or damaged cannot be accepted.

After we receive and inspect your return, you may choose between:

  • Exchange (e.g., for a different size)

  • Refund to your original payment method


Final Black Month Sale Items

Items marked as “Final Black Month Sale” are excluded from return, exchange, and refund in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, as this exclusion is clearly communicated prior to purchase.

No returns or refunds will be accepted for Final Black Month Sale items.
In exceptional cases where a return is approved at our discretion, the reimbursement will be issued exclusively as store credit (voucher) for future purchases.
A cash refund is not available for these items.


Shipping

For smooth and secure order processing, Loané works with a central European logistics partner.
Every order is inspected, packaged with care, and shipped in a climate-friendly way.

Germany & Austria

  • Free shipping on orders over €50

  • For orders under €50: €4.90 flat shipping fee

  • Delivery time: approx. 6–10 business days (depending on order volume and season)

Other EU Countries

  • Shipping costs are shown at checkout

  • Delivery time: approx. 7–14 business days
